As a customer of Morlé you’re entitled to our standard free delivery service on US orders. All orders take approximately 2-3 working days to be processed. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of the shipping date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Once processed you will receive an email with the tracking information in regards to your purchase.

We ship to the Unites States and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to all US locations. Delivery excludes: Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Regrettably, we do not ship to all countries just yet.

Please note, shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. Morlé is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.


Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Morlé we’re happy to accept returns and/or exchanges on any garment that is unworn and has all security tags and labels. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. We accept returns on all full price items within 14 days of delivery receipt.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Morlé when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Returns and exchanges can be processed through RETURNS@MORLECOLLECTION.COM.

Once you request a return or exchange with your item and order number, our team will send a processing e-mail. When filling out the processing sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange.

All sale items are final and are not eligible for return.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.
